First the company «ΕΚΤΩΡ Α.Τ.Ε.came from the amalgamation of the individual contractors of its shareholders, which are as follows:

Vogiatzis Dimitrios, Civil Engineer NTUA.

Miltiadou Simos, Mechanical - Electrical Engineer AUTH.

Kalogeropoulos Christos, Civil Engineer NTUA.

The company was established in June 1999, with the purpose of construction of all kinds of Public and Private Projects. Her business degree was Ε΄ class for Construction, Electromechanical, Hydraulic, and Road construction projects.

After the passing of the law on the merger of technical companies for the construction of public works, the «ΕΚΤΩΡ Α.Τ.Ε.» was sold in December 2001 to the Public Works construction company "ALKI A.T.E.V.E.", based in Athens.

After the sale «ΕΚΤΩΡ Α.Τ.Ε.», the same shareholders in order to respond to the increased construction requirements due to the 2004 Olympic Games and the 3rd Community Support Framework, created the following technical companies in 2002:

«EKTOR CONSTRUCTIONS SA », with a contractor degree 3^nd class for Construction, Electromechanical, Hydraulic, and Road construction projects.

"DOMIKI THESSALIA S.A." with a contractor degree 2^nd class for Construction and Electromechanical projects, and 1^ndfirst class for Plumbing and Road construction projects.

In total the «EKTOR CONSTRUCTIONS SA » and the "DOMIKI THESSALIA S.A." built projects with a total contract amount of approximately €3,000,000, in view of the OF THE 2004 OLYMPIC GAMES.

In November 2005, "DOMIKI THESSALIA S.A.", was completely merged with absorption by the «EKTOR CONSTRUCTIONS SA ». The company's activities extend throughout Greece, with mainspecialization every kind building and electromechanical projects.
